Terms & Conditions

  • The prices quoted by us are excluding Insurance charges. Insurance charges are optional and will be collected if a buyer requires insurance.
  • Packing is free for delivery within India.
  • Carrier charges (transport charges) should be paid by the buyer.
  • In case of International Shipments, all Formalities regarding Customs Clearance, Duties, etc. should be completed by the Buyer
  • International buyers can pay us safely and securely through through wire transfer/swift.
  • Indian buyers can make payment through RTGS/NEFT or by way of depositing a cheque, directly into our Bank Account.
  • If the buyer deposits cash in our Bank Account, the applicable cash deposit charges will be collected from the buyer. Hence we request buyers to prefer other payment methods instead of making cash deposits.
  • As our products are made by hand, the production process consumes time. We try our best to deliver the consignments as quickly as possible. The delivery period for bulk orders depends upon the Quantities Ordered. Hence we request our Bulk Buyers to place their orders well in advance.
  • Goods may be dispatched by us either in one consignment in or in multiple consignments, depending upon the quantities ordered and availability of stock.
