7. Limited Returns for Personalized Items:

• Personalized wooden handicrafts may have limited resale value due to their custom nature.
• Therefore, returns and refunds for personalized items will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

 Product Disclaimer: 

Most of our products are skilfully handcrafted and carefully crafted, and there may be variations in colour and shape of the actual product against that as shown on the website. This is due to the differences in display outputs due to lighting, digital photography, colour settings and displaying capabilities of computer monitors, laptops or the mobile devices that you may be using and mainly due to the products being carefully handcrafted individually. If an order is subjected to any damage, manufacturing defect or fault from our side, send in a mail at kalagyacraft@gmail.com and once we verify the same, we will refund your order in full amount.
